Refund & Returns Policy
We offer a 14 day refund/exchange for unopened goods only. Please contact us at email@example.com or 1300 292 667 to arrange a return.
This refund/exchange policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and in original undamaged packaging. If goods are returned in a condition unsuitable for resale we may choose to deny the return or offer only a partial refund or credit note.
We cannot offer refund or exchange on digitally delivered software items, subscriptions, iTunes vouchers, Telstra credit or extended warranty products.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post or Courier and that all postage/freight is pre paid to avoid delivery delays. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. A-Z Computer Services will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

For warranty issues, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to assist with support options, claim lodgment or provide an appropriate point of next contact for resolution.
Credits will be made back to the original payment method or a credit note may be offered. Goods for exchange will be reshipped free of charge to original delivery address.
